Everybody knows how the winter holidays are filled with rich tables, foods full of calories, and our stomach isn’t given any break to truly digest the food. Now that this time of the year has gone, it is time to get into a healthier routine.
It is time to introduce or reintroduce as many fruits and vegetables in our diet. Fruits and vegetables are recommended to be consumed as raw as possible, so we should use them in salads or smoothies.
Is there anything more delicious and nourishing than a smoothie made of season fruits? Add to it some vegetable milk and a spoon of peanut butter, and you’ll obtain a wonderful smoothie to enjoy in the morning. However, vegetable milk, such as soy milk, and peanut butter are optional, so it is not any problem if you don’t have any. Though, adding these ingredients to your smoothie will make it even more delicious and savory.
It is very easy to prepare this smoothie, but I’m sure you already know that. You don’t have too much to do, but put all the ingredients in your blender, wait for it to do its job, and then you get your smoothie ready to drink.
